We own our factory 100% and we only manufacturer our own designed TPMS and related products. Our factory is located in Taiwan to be able to take advantage of slightly lower labor rates and a wide base of electronic suppliers.  With this setup, we can provide a superior product at a competitive price and still insure 100% control of quality.  

 

Testing & Quality Control

Quality Control (QC): We have a well organized QC system with multiple layers of inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process.

• All incoming components are inspected to meet our specifications and requirements. 85% of all the parts are custom designed for TyreAid. The incoming inspection of each part is one of the most important steps in the QC procedure.

• Custom-made QC equipment. Due to the uniqueness of our product, no standard testing equipment is available. We have therefore created our own set of testing machines to verify the proper functionality of each unit.

• Sub-assembly testing. Each sub-assembly is tested before it is assembled into the final product. This ensures that all components are perfect and there are no surprises at the final test.

• 100% testing for each unit after its final assembly.

o   Flashing, LED brightness, Flashing rate

o   Radio transmitting range, Minimum 200 feet (60m)

o   Accuracy +/- 2 psi  (+/-0.14bar)

• Each unit has an individual serial number.
